The skin partially covered in a soft red that is transformed into intense, and even maroon when mature, depending on the face with the greatest exposure to the sun. This skin is lisa, has abundant and marked lenticels (small dots, often black, breathing the fruit). The pulp is creamy white or pale.
A pear big, of texture compact, firm, crispy, aromatic and juicy, slightly grainy in the area that surrounds the seeds. The taste is quite sweet and keeps all the organoleptic characteristics of the pears Williams green.
The the fruit is pyriformwith the waist well-defined, similar to the original variety, but smaller in size. The peduncle is shorter, partially woody and somewhat curved.
